Which model, and where it runs.

We build primarily on Claude and ChatGPT. Between them they cover nearly every practical business case, and both are stable enough to put a real process on top of. Which one a given workflow uses is a technical decision made against the job, not a loyalty.

Claude tends to hold up better on long documents, careful reasoning, and following a detailed set of rules without drifting. ChatGPT tends to win on breadth of integrations and on steps where speed matters more than depth. Plenty of builds use both, at different points in the same workflow.

Where material genuinely cannot leave your network, we will say so at the quoting stage and build that step on a locally hosted model, or leave it as a manual step, rather than quietly sending it somewhere it should not go.

Do we need AI expertise in-house?
No. We handle the entire build and integration. Your team just uses the finished system — no AI knowledge required.
What kind of tasks can be automated?

Where does our data actually go?
If a workflow uses Claude or ChatGPT, the text that step processes is sent to Anthropic or OpenAI over their commercial API, which does not train on customer data. We document exactly which steps send what before anything is built, so you are approving a known flow rather than a vague assurance. Where material cannot leave your network at all, that step runs on a locally hosted model or stays manual, and we tell you that while quoting.
How do we know it is worth building?
Because we time the existing manual process before we quote. The saving is then a number you can check against your own clock, not a promise we made in a proposal. If the numbers do not justify the build, we will tell you that and stop there.
